Draw lines on the sheet to match the length and width of the tooth bottoms
A size that extends about 1 mm beyond is good.
Cut along the drawn lines.
Remove the backing from the sheet and attach it to the tooth bottoms.
Press firmly with your fingers.
Press at four points: front, back, left, and right.
Sound before attaching the sheet. It’s loud.
After attaching the sheet. It’s quiet.
