Chocolate Eclair Dessert. I've been making this recipe for years. Try my frosting recipe below. This is a great make ahead dessert. Make the night before to let the graham crackers become soft. Try using chocolate graham crackers & French Vanilla or Cheesecake pudding! **Try this chocolate sauce (It's a dead on ringer for Outback's chocolate sauce.) Mix 1/3 cup cocoa, 1 cup sugar in sauce pan. Add 1 teasp vanilla, 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup milk. Boil for 1 minute, then set aside to cool. Enjoy♥
